探讨麻醉前肱动脉峰流速变异度对脊麻后低血压的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the predictive value of brachial artery peak flow velocity before anesthesia for hypotension after spinal anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18～40岁；
2. ASA I-II级；
3. 孕37～42周，单胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 to 40 years old;
2. ASA I or II grade;
3. 37 to 42 weeks of gestation, singleton pregnancy.

排除标准：

1. 椎管内麻醉禁忌( 循环不稳定、完全性前置胎盘、凝血障碍、对局麻药过敏、穿刺部位感染)；
2. 脊柱畸形或腰椎手术后；
3. 既往或新发心脏病；
4. 子痫前期；
5. 神经功能障碍；
6. 糖尿病；
7. 心脑血管或肾脏疾病；
8. SBP＜90 mmHg，Hb＜100 g/L，BMI＞30 kg/m^2；
9. 已知胎儿异常或超声图像显示不清。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia (circulatory instability, complete placenta previa, coagulopathy, allergy to local anesthetics, puncture site infection);
2. Spinal deformity or lumbar spine surgery;
3. Past or new heart disease;
4. Preeclampsia;
5. Neurological dysfunction;
6. Diabetes;
7. Cardio-cerebrovascular or kidney disease;
8. SBP < 90 mmHg, Hb < 100 g/L, BMI > 30 kg/m^2;
9. Fetal abnormalities or unclear ultrasound images.
