研究目的：

1.探究司库奇尤单抗对银屑病患者肠道菌群的影响 2.评估司库奇尤单抗治疗银屑病的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

1. To expolre the influence of Secukinumab treatment on psoriasis patients gut microbiome 2. To assess the therapeutic effect of Secukinumab treatment on psoriasis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 诊断为寻常型银屑病；
2. 中重度寻常型银屑病，即PASI评分≥3分，或者累及特殊部位（包括头皮、掌跖、会阴、指甲、趾甲）；
3. 年龄≥18周岁；
4. 育龄期女性受试者在试验期间保持避孕（避孕套、避孕药、结扎等方式）;
5. 患者知情同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris
2. Mild to severe psoriasis vulgaris, PASI≥3, or involved with special parts including scalp, palmoplantar, perineum, nails and toenails
3. Age≥18 years old
4. Female subjects of reproductive age maintained contraception during the trial through condoms, birth control pills, ligation or other contraception methods
5. The patient is informed and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

1. 年龄<18周岁；
2. 有严重的心脑血管疾、糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病、肝炎、结核、胃肠道疾病患者；
3. 近6个月内使用过生物制剂治疗者；
4. 近1个月内系统使用过抗生素者；
5. 妊娠妇女及哺乳期妇女，或受试者不愿意在试验期间避孕；
6. 对司库奇尤单抗过敏者患者；
7. 不同意使用生物制剂治疗或不愿意参加本临床试验。
8. 参加其它临床研究者或研究者认为不宜参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age＜18 years old
2. Patients with severe cerebro-cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, tuberculosis or gastrointestinal diseases
3. Received biologicals treatment within 6 months
4. Received systemic antibiotic treatment within one month
5. Pregnant women or breast feeding women, or patients refuse to use contraception during the trial
6. Patients are allergic to Secukinumab
7. Disagree to use biologicals treatment or participate the trial
8. Patients are involving in other trials now or considered as unsuitable for the trial by the trial investigator
