研究目的：

阐明猴头菇多肽粉和猴头菇益生菌固体饮料对胃幽门螺旋杆菌可能的机制及作用大小。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the role of inflammation status and cytokines in the causal chain between hericium and HP infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄20-70岁，自愿参加；
2. 幽门螺杆菌阳性者；
3. 体质指数BMI在18-30 kg/m^2之间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 20-70 years;
2. Diagnosed as HP infection positive;
3. BMI ranged from 18-30 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2. 过敏体质或对本受试样品过敏者；
3. 合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病，精神病患者；
4. 3个月内用过已知对胃肠功能有损害的药物；
5. 正在使用其他可能影响试验效果营养制剂的患者；
6. 正在使用可能影响试验效果药物（如非甾体类抗炎药或抗凝药等）的患者；
7. 有严重消化系统溃疡的病人；
8. 未按规定服用，无法判断功效，或资料不全等影响功效或安全性；
9. 未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Allergic constitution or allergic to the test sample;
3. Combined with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental patients;
4. Drugs known to damage gastrointestinal function have been used within 3 months;
5. Patients who are using other nutritional preparations that may affect the experimental effect;
6. Patients who are using drugs that may affect the experimental effect (such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or anticoagulants, etc.);
7. Patients with severe peptic ulcer;
8. Not taking it as prescribed, unable to judge the efficacy, or incomplete information, etc. affecting the efficacy or safety;
9. Those who did not sign the informed consent form.

采用最小化法，以年龄、性别（男/女）和幽门螺杆菌感染情况作为预后因素将150名研究对象分为3组。所对应的组别由不透明的信封封存。随机方法的实施由不参与本项研究的人员 进行，并由其单独保管相关分组过程资料。预试验结束后，按照进入干预的顺序，通过抽签法将各序号及对应的干预方案分派至各研究对象。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

150 subjects will be assigned to three groups using minimization method according to the age, sex and the severity of HP infection. Researchers who had no contact with the study participants and were not involved in data collection and analysis performed the randomisation procedure and the labelling work.
