研究目的：

收集2型糖尿病住院患者的电子病历数据，建立了基于机器学习算法的DR发生风险的预测模型。并探讨可能影响糖尿病视网膜病变发生的危险因素，希望为临床上糖尿病视网膜病变的预防和管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To collected electronic health record data from hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes, to establish the prediction model for future risks of DR based on machine learning (ML) algorithm. To explore the risk factors that may affect the occurrence of DR and to provide a basis for further studies concerning with prevention and management of DR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2010年1月至2020年1月大连医科大学附属大连中心医院内分泌科住院患者，随访期间至少住院一次；
2. 年龄≥18岁；
3. 诊断为2型糖尿病；
4. 首次住院时未诊断为糖尿病视网膜病变。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inpatients in the Department of Endocrinology, Dalian Central Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University from January 2010 to January 2020, hospitalized at least once during the follow-up period;
2. >= 18 years old;
3. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes;
4. Diabetic retinopathy was not diagnosed at the first hospitalization.

排除标准：

既往眼疾(白内障、青光眼或其他眼疾)。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with pre-existing eye disease (cataract, glaucoma, or other eye disease).
