研究目的：

手法联合导引功法干预腰椎间盘突出症方案优化及规范化；揭示其临床疗效及其对腰部肌群改善力学机制；初步形成推广应用服务平台。  

Objectives of Study：

The technique of combined manipulation and guided exercises to optimize and standardize lumbar disc herniation; reveal its clinical efficacy and improve the mechanical mechanism of lumbar muscle group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准；
② 年龄在30-60岁之间，男女不限；
③ 腿痛重于腰痛，腿痛呈典型的坐骨神经分布区域的疼痛；
④ 按神经分布区域的皮肤感觉障碍；
⑤ 出现四种体征（肌肉萎缩、运动无力、感觉减退和放射减弱）中的两种征象；
⑥ 自愿加入研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1 meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation;2 age between 30-60 years old, male or female;3 leg pain is more important than low back pain, leg pain is typical of the distribution of sciatic nerve area;4 according to the skin distribution area of the sensory disturbance;5 two signs in four signs (muscle atrophy, motor weakness, hypoesthesia and radiation reduction);6 Those who voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 脊柱外科手术史；
② 严重脊柱创伤史；
③ 影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者；
④ 合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系系统等严重疾病或精神病患者；
⑤ 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
⑥ 肝肾功能异常者；
⑦ 有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者；
⑧ 不宜进行核核磁共振检查者：安装心脏起搏器的人、有或疑有眼球内金属异物的人、动脉瘤银夹结扎术的人、体内金属异物存留或金属假体的人、有生命危险的危重病人、幽闭恐惧症患者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1 history of spinal surgery; 2 history of severe spinal trauma; 3 imaging findings of patients with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis; 4 combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental patients; 5 pregnant and lactating women; 6 liver and kidney dysfunction; 7 other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infections; 8 Those who are not suitable for nuclear magnetic resonance examination: those who install a pacemaker, those who have or suspected metal foreign bodies in the eyeball, those who have an aneurysm silver clip ligation, those who have metal foreign bodies in their bodies, or metal prostheses, have life. Dangerous critically ill patients, claustrophobic patients, etc.
