研究目的：

探讨太极拳运动对改善维持性血液透析患者衰弱的干预效果，改善患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the intervention effect of Taijiquan on improving frailty of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and improving their quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②于研究者所在医院血透室行规律透析治疗（时间≥３月），每周透析次数≥２ 次；③已建立长期血液透析通路；④病情较稳定，思维正常，有良好的依从性；⑤无身体运动障碍，可以进行常规运动锻炼；⑥无视听障碍，具备一定的阅读、理解、沟通能力；⑦自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② Regular dialysis treatment (≥3 months) was performed in hemodialysis room of the investigator's hospital, with the number of dialysis ≥2 times per week; ③ Long-term hemodialysis access has been established; ④ The condition is stable, the thinking is normal, and there is good compliance; (5) No physical movement disorders, can carry out regular exercise; ⑥ Ignore hearing disorders, have certain reading, understanding, communication skills; ⑦ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①住院患者；②合并严重感染、贫血、心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、脑卒中后遗症、恶性肿瘤等重大疾患；③精神、智力或认知障碍者；④依赖步行辅助器的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Hospitalized patients; ② Complicated with severe infection, anemia, heart failure, respiratory failure, sequelae of stroke, malignant tumor and other major diseases; ③ People with mental, intellectual or cognitive disabilities; ④ Patients who rely on walking AIDS.
