主要目的：为孕妇提供适宜的产前筛查策略，同时对血清学指标与不良妊娠结局不良妊娠结局和妊娠合并症的关系进行研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To provide an appropriate prenatal screening strategy for pregnant women, and to study the relationship between serological indicators and adverse pregnancy outcomes and pregnancy complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单胎妊娠；
2.低风险妊娠(没有慢性高血压、孕前糖尿病、心脏病和肾脏疾病等内科疾病)，无论孕妇年龄如何；
3.孕妇在孕期规律产检的孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

1. Singleton pregnancy;
2. Low-risk pregnancy (no medical conditions such as chronic hypertension, pre-pregnancy diabetes, heart and kidney disease), regardless of maternal age;
3. Pregnant women who have regular obstetric examinations during pregnancy.

排除标准：

1.胎儿结构或染色体异常；
2.因随访或无法获得妊娠结局或资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fetal structural or chromosomal abnormalities;
2. Due to follow-up or inability to obtain pregnancy outcomes or incomplete data.
