主要目的：研究不同机械通气方式在早产儿中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To study the application effect of different mechanical ventilation methods in premature infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胎龄<32周或出生体重<1500g；
2.分娩后72h内需机械通气。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gestational age <32 weeks or birth weight <1500g;
2. Mechanical ventilation is required within 72 hours after delivery.

排除标准：

1.气管导管漏气>20%；
2.患先天畸形、先天性心脏病、新生儿肺炎、气胸、新生儿败血症、胎粪吸入综合征、先天性代谢性疾病等任一疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tracheal tube leakage > 20%;
2. Suffering from any disease such as congenital malformation, congenital heart disease, neonatal pneumonia, pneumothorax, neonatal sepsis, meconium aspiration syndrome, congenital metabolic disease, etc.
