观察目标导向液体治疗对颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者脑氧供需平衡及术后神经功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of goal-directed hemodynamic therapy on cerebral oxygenation and neurologic outcome of carotid endarterectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者；年龄45~64岁；ASA分级Ⅲ级或Ⅴ级；BMI18.5~24.0 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 45~64 years old; ASA Ⅲ~Ⅴ BMI18.5~24.0 kg/m2.

排除标准：

重度贫血；严重心肺功能障碍；中学以下文化水平；术前简易智力状态检查量表（Mini-mental State Examination，MMSE）评分≤24分；严重肝肾功能障碍及凝血功能障碍；慢性疾病控制欠佳患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe anemia; Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; Educational level below senior middle school; Preoperative MMSE score ≤ 24; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and blood coagulation dysfunction;
