研究目的：

观察针刺干预对PD伴有睡眠障碍患者的症状改善及脑内血氧水平的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the improvement of symptoms and changes of cerebral blood oxygen level in patients with PD accompanied by sleep disorder by acupuncture intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）针刺组：体针（取穴双侧申脉、照海、下脘、关元、天枢），操作:穴位处常规皮肤消毒，采用0.25 mm x40 mm毫针（华佗牌）垂直刺入，针刺深度以得气为度。每周3次，共观察36次。 （2）对照组：取穴、疗程同上，但采用平头针，不透皮，胶布固定于穴位上。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Acupuncture group: body needles (Shenmai, Zhaohai, Xiahi, Guanyuan, Tianshu on both sides of acupoints), operation: routine skin disinfection at acupoints, vertical penetration with 0.25 mm x 40 mm millineedles (Huatuo brand), the depth of needling is based on Deqi. 36 times a week. (2) Control group: Acupoint selection and course of treatment were the same, but flat-headed needle was used to fix the acupoints with adhesive tape. 

纳入标准：

患者均符合UK帕金森病脑库的诊断标准和H-Y(Hoehn-Yahr)分级标准1.5～3级；15-80岁的原发性帕金森病患者；匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI，得分＞5）；对所有受试对象进行简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表的评估，选取认知功能正常的患者(MMSE评分标准:文盲>17分、小学>20分、中学或以上>24分为正常)；接受镇静剂，催眠药，选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂，抗焦虑药，或其他睡眠调节药物，就诊前至少28天剂量稳定。

Inclusion criteria

All patients met the diagnostic criteria of UK Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank and H-Y (Hoehn-Yahr) grade 1.5-3; patients aged 15-80 years with primary Parkinson's disease; Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), score > 5); all subjects were assessed with Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE), and patients with normal cognitive function (MMSE score: illiteracy > 17, Primary School > 20, secondary school). Or above 24 points are normal; receive sedatives, hypnotics, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, anti-anxiety drugs, or other sleep-regulating drugs, the dose is stable at least 28 days before consultation.

排除标准：

非典型帕金森综合征、严重的抑郁症（Montgomery-Asberg抑郁量表＞34）、严重睡眠相关呼吸障碍（呼吸暂停指数（AHI）＞30／h）、脑深部刺激、癌症；酒精或麻醉品滥用；谵妄、癫痫病史、严重疾病史或其他不适合参与的情况；实验室异常如血清肌酐为97 mmol/L，丙氨酸氨基转移酶为40U/L，天冬氨酸氨基转移酶为40U/L；依从性不良；参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Atypical Parkinson's syndrome, severe depression (Montgomery-Asberg Depression Scale > 34), severe sleep-related breathing disorder (AHI > 30/h), deep brain stimulation, cancer; alcohol or narcotic abuse; delirium, epilepsy, history of serious illness or other circumstances not suitable for participation; laboratory abnormalities such as serum creatinine 97 mmol/L, alanine Aminotransferase 40 U/L, aspartate aminotransferase 40 U/L; poor compliance; participate in other clinical trials.
