研究目的：

主要目的：验证个性化动画视频是否可以有效降低学龄前患儿术前焦虑。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To verify whether personalized animation videos can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety in preschool children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患儿年龄3~6岁；
2.患儿为首次择期手术；
3.患儿行全身麻醉；
4.患儿家长自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 3 to 6 years;
2. The child is undergoing elective surgery for the first time;
3. The child is given general anesthesia;
4. The parents of the children voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患儿智力、听力表达能力障碍；
2.急诊入院患儿；
3.合并其他严重疾病；
4.患儿父母智力低下或患有精神类疾病；
5.患儿长期处于父母以外的亲属陪伴状态；
6.患儿罹患恶性肿瘤或其他难治性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with intellectual and hearing impairments;
2. Children admitted to the emergency department;
3. Combined with other serious diseases;
4. The parents of the child are mentally retarded or suffer from mental illness;
5. The child has been accompanied by relatives other than the parents for a long time;
6. Children suffering from malignant tumors or other refractory diseases.
