研究目的：

本研究的目的是验证个性化动画视频是否可以有效降低学龄前患儿术前焦虑  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to verify whether personalized animation video can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety in preschool children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患儿年龄3~6岁
②患儿为首次择期手术
③患儿行全身麻醉
④患儿家长自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

①children aged 3 ~ 6 years
②For the first elective surgery
③Children with General Anesthesia
④Childrens parents volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent

排除标准：

①患儿智力、听力表达能力障碍
②急诊入院患儿
③合并其他严重疾病
④患儿父母智力低下或患有精神类疾病
⑤患儿长期处于父母以外的亲属陪伴状态
⑥患儿罹患恶性肿瘤或其他难治性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

①children with mental and hearing impairment
②children admitted to hospital in Emergency Department
③children with other serious diseases
④children with parents with mental retardation or mental disorders
⑤children with long-term non-parental relatives
⑥children with malignant tumors or other refractory diseases
