研究目的：

研究15mCi 131I治疗儿童及青少年Graves甲亢的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of 15mCi 131 iodine in treatment of children and adolescents with hyperthyroidism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜18岁;
2.按照中华医学会核医学分会《131I治疗格雷夫斯甲亢指南》（2013版），明确诊断为GD；
3.甲状腺吸碘率>35%；
4.征求病人及家属的知情同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age<18;
2.GD patients are explicitly diagnosed in accordance with the 131I Guidelines for the Treatment of Graves disease(2013 edition) of the Nuclear Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association;
3.Thyroid iodine rate > 35%;
4.The patient volunteered to participate in the study, and he or his legal guardian signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.甲状腺III度及以上肿大，并伴随压迫症状（如吞咽、呼吸困难）；
2.合并甲状腺癌；
3.合并活动性突眼。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Thyroid enlargement of degree III and above, accompanied by compression symptoms (such as swallowing, difficulty breathing);
2. Combined with thyroid cancer;
3. Combined active proptosis.
