研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性分析脊髓型颈椎病术后深部手术部位感染患者的临床资料从而发现可能导致深部手术部位感染的相关危险因素，进而为临床早期预防及治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者术后深部手术部位感染提供可靠的临床依据。减少术后感染率，从而减少患者的住院天数以及减轻患者的医疗负担。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to retrospectively analyse the incidence of postoperative deep SSI in patients with CSM and risk factors for deep SSI in order to provide a reliable clinical basis for the early prevention and control of postoperative deep SSI in patients with CSM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 明确诊断为脊髓型颈椎病；
② 年龄≥20；
③ 入院后行颈后路减压植骨融合内固定术或颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗；
④ 临床资料完整；
⑤ 随访时间大于12个月。

Inclusion criteria

(1) definite diagnosis of CSM, (2) aged ≥20 years, (3) performance of posterior cervical decompression and fusion or posterior cervical expansive open-door laminoplasty after admission, (4) complete clinical data, and (5) follow-up period of more than 12 months.

排除标准：

伴有严重心肺功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
