研究目的：

主要目的：通过探讨宫腔镜手术中，丙泊酚复合不同剂量阿芬太尼在非插管全凭静脉麻醉中的安全性及有效性，为阿芬太尼在短小手术中的临床用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: By discussing the safety and effectiveness of propofol combined with different doses of alfentanil in non-intubated total intravenous anesthesia during hysteroscopic surgery, it provides a reference for the clinical use of alfentanil in short surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期全身麻醉下行宫腔镜手术患者，年龄25-55岁，ASA I-II 级；
2.患者或家属知晓本研究方案，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia, aged 25 to 55 years, ASA I-II grade;
2. The patient or family member is aware of this research plan and signs an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有高血压、心脏病、严重的肝肾疾病、器官功能失代偿以及神经精神等疾病患者；
2.睡眠呼吸暂停综合症等上呼吸道梗阻性疾病患者；
3.药物过敏者；
4.近期有上呼吸道感染史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease, severe liver and kidney disease, decompensated organ function, neuropsychiatric and other diseases;
2. Patients with upper respiratory tract obstructive diseases such as sleep apnea syndrome;
3. People who are allergic to drugs;
4. A recent history of upper respiratory tract infection.
