研究目的：

主要目的：以问卷调查的形式，了解支气管哮喘患者群体接种新冠疫苗的意向及哮喘患者接种新冠疫苗后其不良反应的发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Use questionnaire to investigate the willingness and safety of SARS-Cov-2 Vaccination in asthmatic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁且诊断为支气管哮喘的患者。
2.无认知障碍，能够正常交流的患者。
3.无新冠疫苗接种禁忌症 (参照标准：国家卫生健康委员会2021年3月29日发布的《新冠病毒疫苗技术指南（第一版）》)。

Inclusion criteria

1.Asthmatic patients, age≥18 years.
2.No cognitive disorder.
3.No contraindications for SARS-Cov-2 Vaccination (National Health Commission of China.Technical Guide To SARS-Cov-2 Vaccines(Version 1),29 Mar,2021).

排除标准：

1. 有严重的认知功能障碍，无法正常交流的患者。
2. 拒绝签署知情同意书患者。
3. 不能独立完成调查问卷患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cognitive disorder patients.
2.Refuse to sign ICF.
3.Can't finish the questionnair independently.
