研究目的：

完善基于提升NSCLC患者自我效能感的术后综合康复管理的方案，并通过随机对照试验设计验证该干预方案的短期与长期效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and evaluate the effects of a self-efficacy enhancing psychological integrated rehabilitation intervention for the postoperative lung cancers patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经临床内镜及病理学明确诊断的原发性NSCLC患者；②年龄在18周岁以上；③了解自己病情且即将行肺叶切除手术者；④对本研究内容知情，愿意参加本研究，能够合作，并签署知情同意书； ⑤Karnofsky（KPS）功能状态评分≥60分；⑥出院后有电话可以联系到。

Inclusion criteria

Aged ≥ 18 years, suspected NSCLC (definitive diagnosis to be confirmed by surgical specimen), Karnofsky performance status score of 60% or higher, approved by thoracic surgeon to participate, has access to a telephone and able to speak and write Chinese.

排除标准：

①既往有精神异常的或正在接受精神健康方面治疗的患者；②既往有人格障碍、智力障碍、脑损伤或脑部疾病；③合并其他器官恶性肿瘤者；④术中或术后并发严重并发症者或手术切除发现已转移者；⑤语言沟通障碍；⑥骨折或行四肢手术者；④研究期间使用了影响免疫指标药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with cognitive deficits, metastasis or other malignancies, and conditions preventing safe participation in postsurgical rehabilitation activities (e.g. fracture) were excluded.
