研究目的：

本研究采用病例对照分析的形式，通过比较非综合征型腭裂患者以及正常人对于汉语普通话音韵觉识能力实验是否存在差别来观察非综合征型腭裂患者是否存在对汉语普通话的音韵觉识能力层面的异常。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts the form of case-control analysis to observe whether there are abnormalities in the phonological awareness of Mandarin in patients with non syndromic cleft palate by comparing whether there are differences in the phonological awareness of Mandarin between patients with non syndromic cleft palate and normal people.

纳入标准：

试验组：
1.年龄范围在4-6岁。
2.为非综合征型腭裂患者，已行腭裂修复手术。
3.认知水平正常。
4.母语为汉语普通话并未接受过系统的拼音学习训练。
5.外周和中枢听力正常（外耳道检查无异常）。
6.家属签署了知情同意书。
对照组：
1.年龄范围在4-6岁。
2.为正常发育的孩子，非非综合征型腭裂患儿。
3.认知水平正常。
4.母语为汉语普通话并未接受过系统的拼音学习训练。
5.外周和中枢听力正常（外耳道检查无异常）。
6.家属签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Test group:

1. The age range is 4-6 years old.

2. It is a non syndromic cleft palate patient who has undergone cleft palate repair surgery.

3. Normal cognitive level.

4. The mother tongue is Mandarin and has not received systematic Pinyin learning training.

5. Normal peripheral and central hearing (no abnormality in external auditory canal examination).

6. The family members signed the informed consent form.

Control group:

1. The age range is 4-6 years old.

2. Children with normal development, non syndromic cleft palate.

3. Normal cognitive level.

4. The mother tongue is Mandarin and has not received systematic Pinyin learning training.

5. Normal peripheral and central hearing (no abnormality in external auditory canal examination).

6. The family members signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

试验组：
1.伴有任何神经系统性疾病、患有任何综合征及其他神经精神发育异常者。
2.伴有严重的行为障碍，无法配合测试的儿童。
对照组：
1.伴有任何神经系统性疾病、患有任何综合征及其他神经精神发育异常者。
2.伴有严重的行为障碍，无法配合测试的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

Test group:

1. Accompanied by any nervous system disease, any syndrome and other neuropsychiatric abnormalities.

2. Children with severe behavioral disorders who are unable to cooperate with the test.

Non syndromic cleft palate patients who underwent cleft palate repair surgery in Shenzhen Second People's hospital were recruited for testing, and then normal children matched by gender and age were recruited through the Department for testing.
