研究目的：

本研究旨在研究艾司氯胺酮在胸科患者术后静脉自控镇痛中缓解患者疼痛，减轻胸科患者围术期负面情绪的重要作用，阐明艾司氯胺酮在术后静脉自控镇痛中的作用特点  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to study the important role of escloramine in relieving pain in postoperative venous spontaneous analgesia in thoracologic patients, alleviating negative emotions in the perioperative period in thoracic patients, and elucidating the role of escramidone in postoperative venous self-controlled analgesia

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受胸腔镜肺部手术的胸科患者
2.年龄18-65岁
3.ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级
4.BMI18-30
5.意识清楚，有基本的阅读理解能力，视力、听力基本正常
6.既往无精神病史或认知功能障碍，能用语言表达其感受
7.自愿参加本研究，并能理解、签署知情同意书，配合完成干预和评估者

Inclusion criteria

1.Thoracic patients undergoing thoracic and laparoscopic lung surgery
2.Age 18-65 years old
3.ASA Grade I to II Level
4.BMI18-30
5.Clear awareness, basic reading comprehension, basic normal vision, hearing
6.Having no history of mental illness or cognitive impairment, being able to express their feelings in words 7.Volunteer to participate in this study, and be able to understand and sign informed consent forms to cooperate with the completion of interventions and assessments

排除标准：

1.对手术及术后镇痛过程中使用药物及辅料过敏或有禁忌者
2.在入选本研究前3个月内参与其他临床研究
3.心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍者
4.处于妊娠状态
5.既往有精神病史或认知功能障碍者，近期服用精神类药物史或吸毒/酗酒史
6.不能理解及沟通交流的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergies or contraindications to the use of drugs and accessories during surgery and postoperative analgesia
2. Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months prior to selection in this study
3. Important organs such as heart, liver, kidney, etc. People with dysfunction
4. In pregnancy state
5. People with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment, patients who have recently taken psychotropic drugs or have history of drugs and alcohol abuse
6. Patients are unable to understand and communicate

研究设计人员使用EXCEL随机数生成器生成40个随机数，第1～20个随机数为试验组，第21～40个随机数对照组，随后将随机数按照大小重新排序，排序后随机数所对应的组别，符合纳入标准的患者依此顺序入组。
