研究目的：

比较自闭症儿童舒适化口腔治疗前后的口腔环境的差异、以及术后对于不同自闭症儿童进行个性化维护干预的效果观察。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences in the oral environment before and after comfortable oral treatment for children with autism, and to observe the effect of individualized maintenance intervention for different children with autism after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.4-9岁患有自闭症的儿童；
2.诊断为儿童重度龋齿，龋齿数目大于6颗，且影响正常咀嚼、发音及发育；
3.无颌骨外伤、肿瘤及手术史，无明显颌骨畸形。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 4-9 with autism;
2. Diagnosed with severe caries in children, the number of caries is more than 6, and it affects normal chewing, pronunciation and development;
3. No history of jaw trauma, tumor and surgery, and no obvious jaw deformity.

排除标准：

1.全身检查及血液检查项目有异常指标，有手术禁忌的全身系统疾病等不符合手术要求者；
2.不接受全麻下手术者；
3.无法配合定期随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are abnormal indicators in the general examination and blood examination items, and there are systemic diseases that are contraindicated in surgery and do not meet the surgical requirements;
2. Those who do not accept surgery under general anesthesia;
3. Those who cannot cooperate with regular follow-up.
