探讨基于EEG的疼痛指标PTI对全麻患者疼痛监测的可靠性及与小儿术后急性疼痛的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

the aim of this study was to explore the reliability of EEG-based pain index PTI and its correlation with acute postoperative pain in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2-7岁，男女不限，择期全麻下行腹腔镜手术的泌尿外科患儿，ASA I-II级

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 2 to 7 years old who are scheduled for non-emergency laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, ASA I-II

排除标准：

1.术前慢性疼痛史
2.神经精神疾病史
3.开颅手术史
4．有严重心血管疾病
5.药物依赖性
6.明显的心律不齐
7.起搏器植入
8.数据采集期间使用血管活性药物治疗以及术中使用氯胺酮，β受体进行的任何治疗 阻滞剂或任何其他怀疑与交感神经平衡相互作用的药物

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included preoperative chronic pain history,mental neurological history, history of craniotomy, severe cardiovascular disease, drug dependence history,obvious arrhythmia and pacemaker implantation history,use of vasoactive drugs during data collection and intraoperative use of ketamine, β receptors for any treatment, blockers or any other drugs suspected of interacting with sympathetic nerve balance
