研究目的：

拟建立MAFLD患者的随访队列，明确经目前常规的不同治疗方案干预后，MAFLD患者体重、腰围、BMI、肝脏脂肪变及合并肝外疾病风险相关因素的变化，为MAFLD患者的全面管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We intend to establish a follow-up cohort of PATIENTS with MAFLD to clarify the changes of weight, waist circumference, BMI, liver fatty changes and risk factors related to combined extrahepatic disease in patients with MAFLD after the intervention of different conventional treatment regiments, so as to provide a basis for the comprehensive management of patients with MAFLD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴ MAFLD患者，MAFLD诊断参照《2020年亚太肝病学会MAFLD诊疗指南》中相关标准；
⑵ 入组年龄≥18周岁；
⑶ 签署知情同意，能够坚持完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) For patients with MAFLD, the diagnosis of MAFLD was based on the relevant criteria in the 2020 GUIDELINES for the Diagnosis and Treatment of MAFLD by the Asia-Pacific Society for Hepatology;
(2) Age ≥18 years;
(3) Sign informed consent and be able to follow up.

排除标准：

⑴ 年龄小于18周岁；
⑵ 孕妇、拟备孕及哺乳期妇女；
⑶ 合并酒精性肝病、急性病毒性肝炎、药物性肝损伤、自身免疫性肝病等肝脏疾病。
⑷ 合并心、脑、肾、造血系统、胃肠道等严重原发性疾病的患者；
⑸ 患者拒绝签署知情同意书或无法完成接受随访；
⑹ 研究者认为不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The age is below 18 years old;
(2) Pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women;
(3) Complicated with alcoholic liver disease, acute viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease and other liver diseases.
(4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, hematopoietic system and gastrointestinal tract;
⑸ The patient refuses to sign the informed consent or fails to complete the follow-up;
(6) Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
