主要目的：探讨不同运动形式对于运动和认知脑功能网络的影响以及其潜在的神经调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the effects of different forms of exercise on motor and cognitive brain functional networks and their potential neural regulatory mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.健康年轻人、健康中年人、健康老年人，年龄为18-70岁；
2.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy middle-aged man, Middle-aged healthy young, healthy older people, aged 18 to 70 years;
2.Voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.既往存在脑部相关疾病影响认知功能者；
2.妊娠；
3.既往存在影响运动能力的疾病，如骨折病史、脑损伤病史、肢体疼痛等；
4.实验期间出现突发疾病，影响实验结果；
5.无法配合完成实验；
6.患有严重精神障碍疾病；
7.正在服用影响认知功能药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pre-existing brain-related disorders affecting cognitive function;
2. Pregnancy;
3. Pre-existing medical conditions that affect motor performance, such as a history of fracture, brain injury, or limb pain;
4. Sudden disease occurred during the experiment, affecting the experimental results;
5. Unable to cooperate to complete the experiment;
6. Unable to cooperate to complete the experiment;
7. Taking drugs that affect cognitive function;
