研究目的：

采用包含数字疗法的系统平台对腰背痛患者的随访和康复过程进行跟踪管理，利用机器学习算法训练动作捕捉模型，通过手机端应用程序对患者康复相关的家庭训练进行实时运动匹配，多维度监控康复质量，提升患者康复方案执行的依从度和完成效率，改善患者的康复体验和生活质量；同时也提高医护人员（医生、康复师等）的工作效率；另外对随访计划与康复方案的个体化配置，同时根据患者个体康复的实际进展，由康复师动态调整其随访和康复训练计划，增益康复的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The follow-up and rehabilitation process of patients with back pain is tracked and managed by using the system platform including digital therapy, the motion capture model is trained by machine learning algorithm, the real-time sports matching of patients' rehabilitation-related family training is carried out through mobile phone-side application, the quality of rehabilitation is monitored in many dimensions, the compliance and completion efficiency of patient rehabilitation programs is improved, and the efficiency of patients' rehabilitation experience and quality of life is improved, and the efficiency of medical staff (doctors, rehabilitation practitioners, etc.) is improved In addition, the individual configuration of follow-up plan and rehabilitation program, and according to the actual progress of individual rehabilitation of patients, the rehabilitation teacher dynamically adjusts his follow-up and rehabilitation training plan to gain the effect of rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

1.软件监督组：
（1）患者性别不限，年龄：18-65 周岁；
（2）门诊和住院有腰背痛症状的患者；
（3）可正常使用智能手机，或随护家属可协助使用；
（4）无精神或认知障碍；
（5）理解研究的性质，愿意签署知情同意书。
2.手册宣教组：
（1）患者性别不限，年龄：18-65 周岁；
（2）门诊和住院有腰背痛症状的患者；
（3）无精神或认知障碍；
（4）理解研究的性质，愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Software Supervision Team:
(1) The gender of the patient is not limited, age: 18-65 years old;
(2) Outpatient and inpatient patients with low back pain symptoms;
(3) The smartphone can be used normally, or the accompanying family members can assist in using it;
(4) No mental or cognitive impairment;
(5) Understand the nature of the research and be willing to sign the informed consent.
2. Manual Mission Team:

排除标准：

1.软件监督组：
（1）脊柱恶性肿瘤、感染、脊柱畸形等疾病；
（2）不能接受放射性检查；
（3）严重的骨质疏松症、心脑血管疾病；
（4）无法配合完成所有研究步骤及内容；
（5）有严重出血倾向或凝血功能障碍；
（6）怀孕或哺乳期妇女。
2.手册宣教组：
（1）脊柱恶性肿瘤、感染、脊柱畸形等疾病；
（2）不能接受放射性检查；
（3）严重的骨质疏松症、心脑血管疾病；
（4）无法配合完成所有研究步骤及内容；
（5）有严重出血倾向或凝血功能障碍；
（6）怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Malignant tumors of the spine, infections, spinal deformities and other diseases;
(2) Unable to accept radiological inspection;
(3) Severe osteoporosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
(4) Unable to cooperate in completing all research steps and contents;
(5) Severe bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction;
(6) Pregnant or lactating women.
2. Manual Mission Team:
