研究目的：

主要目的：研究早期肠内营养是否会影响胰体尾或胰腺部分术后胰瘘的发生率及其严重程度，是否会影响患者的拔管时间及患者远期预后，为胰体尾或胰腺部分术后患者的管理提供更好的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to investigate whether early enteral nutrition would affect the incidence and severity of pancreatic fistula after distal pancreatectomy or partial pancreatectomy, and whether it would affect the time of extubation and long-term prognosis of patients, so as to provide better evidence-based medical evidence for the management of patients after distal pancreatectomy or partial pancreatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究拟纳入2021年12月至2023年6月在北医三院普通外科行腹腔镜或开腹胰腺部分切除或胰体尾切除术的患者，对所有纳入患者进行详细的病史采集、问诊查体及影像学检查和（或）病理活检等评估，结合患者病情与身体情况等综合评估后，将患者随机分为两组，其中对照组患者术后7天开始进食，试验组患者术后3天开始进食，并根据术后病理、病情变化提供后续胰腺癌的放化疗等综合治疗，观察两组患者B级胰瘘及C级胰瘘的发生率；引流液淀粉酶浓度，术后带管时间，再入院率；患者无病生存时间（DFS）和总体生存时间（OS）及术后复发、转移等其他预后指标；患者住院花费；术后住院的时间；胰周积液及腺假性囊肿的发生率等情况并进行分析，进一步评估早期肠内营养的可行性及其安全性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study intends to include patients who underwent laparoscopic or open partial pancreatectomy or distal pancreatectomy in the General Surgery department of the Third Hospital of Peking University from December 2021 to June 2023, and collect detailed medical history of all patients The patients were randomly divided into two groups after comprehensive assessment, such as physical examination, imaging examination and/or pathological biopsy. Patients in the control group began to eat 7 days after surgery, and patients in the experimental group began to eat 3 days after surgery, and according to postoperative pathology The incidence of grade B pancreatic fistula and Grade C pancreatic fistula in 2 groups was observed. Amylase concentration of drainage fluid, postoperative catheter time, readmission rate; Disease-free survival (DFS), overall survival (OS), postoperative recurrence and metastasis and other prognostic indicators; Hospital expenses; Duration of postoperative hospitalization; To further evaluate the feasibility and safety of early enteral nutrition, we analyzed the incidence of peripancreatic effusion and adenocarcinoma 

纳入标准：

1.2021 年 12月至 2023 年 6 月期间施行开腹或腹腔镜胰体尾或胰腺部分切除术的患者（包括行胰体尾脾切除的患者）；
2.术前诊断基本明确，可行手术治疗；
3.无绝对手术禁忌征；
4.所有患者或家属知情手术风险及收益，并签署手术知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent open or laparoscopic resection of the body and tail of the pancreas or part of the pancreas between December 2021 and June 2023 (including those who underwent splenectomy of the body and tail of the pancreas);
2. The preoperative diagnosis is basically clear, and surgical treatment is feasible;
3. There is no absolute contraindication to surgery;
4. All patients or their families are informed about the risks and benefits of surgery, and sign the informed consent form for surgery.

排除标准：

1.近六月有脑梗死史、心梗死史、肝肾、心肺功能严重不全等无法耐受手术者；
2.患者及家属依从性差，不配合治疗者；
3.联合胃肠道切除手术者除外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a history of cerebral infarction, a history of myocardial infarction, severe insufficiency of liver and kidney, and cardiopulmonary function in the past six months who cannot tolerate surgery;
2. Patients and their families have poor compliance and do not cooperate with treatment;
3. Except for combined gastrointestinal resection.
