研究目的：

1.比较不同冲洗技术应用于临床慢性根尖周炎去除和杀灭细菌的效果； 2.通过去除氢氧化钙实验探索根管充填前最佳冲洗策略； 3.评价 2 种新型激光活化冲洗的安全性， 为进一步的研究和临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effects of different irrigation techniques on the removal and killing of bacteria in clinical chronic apical periodontitis; 2. Explore the best irrigation strategy before root canal filling by removing calcium hydroxide; 3. To evaluate the safety of 2 new types of laser-activated irrigation, and to provide basis for further research and clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-65岁；
2.根尖孔闭合的慢性根尖周炎患者；
3.性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years;
2. Patients with chronic apical periodontitis with closed apical foramen;
3. Gender is not limited.

排除标准：

1.根尖孔发育不完全或根尖孔直径>2mm；
2.根尖囊肿；
3.激光过敏，或者不配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The apical foramen is not fully developed or the diameter of the apical foramen is >2mm;
2. Apical cyst;
3. Patients who are allergic to lasers, or who do not cooperate.
