研究目的：

1.了解舞蹈下腰动作所致脊髓损伤类型的临床特点及预后。 2.阐明舞蹈下腰动作所致脊髓损伤患者的磁共振（MRI）演变规律。 3.了解此类脊髓损伤的并发症发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To understand the clinical characteristics and prognosis of spinal cord injury due to back bend in dance. 2.To clarify the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) evolution of patients with spinal cord injury caused by dancing. 3.To understand the complications of this type of spinal cord injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁以下的儿童；
2.舞蹈下腰动作所致脊髓损伤；
3.CT与X线上不存在异常影像；
4.具有神经损伤症状。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children under 18 years old;
2. Spinal cord injury caused by bank bend in dance;
2. There is no abnormality of spine on computed tomographic (CT) scans and X-rays;
3. Neural deficits symptoms.

排除标准：

1.先天性脊柱畸形；
2.产科并发症；
3.遗传性脊髓病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital spinal anomalies;
2. Obstetric complications;
3. Hereditary myelopathy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集，通过查找以往的病例数据库回顾性收集部分病例的信息，通过问诊、体格检查及影像学检查前瞻性收集另一部分患者的数据资料。将所有数据都收集至已制定好的病例数据采集本上，通过电子录入上传至电脑进行有效管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The information of some cases was retrospectively collected by searching the previous case database, and the data of other patients were prospectively collected through consultation, physical examination and imaging examination.All data will be collected into the established case data collection book, then upload to the computer for effective management through electronic input.
