本研究尝试通过使用不同手法进行左双腔管插管，对比首次插管的成功率、完成时间和插管相关的并发症等，评价不同手法的有效性及安全性，为临床培训和应用提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study attempted to compare the success rate of initial intubation, completion time and intubation-related complications by using different techniques to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different techniques and provide evidence for clinical training and application

纳入标准：

拟接受左侧双腔支气管插管的肺叶切除术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients proposed to undergo lobectomy with left dual luminal bronchial intubation

排除标准：

Mallapati分级>II级或普通喉镜下Cormach-Lehane分级>2级；
需要采用直接喉镜或可视喉镜以外的暴露方式进行插管的患者；
双腔插管型号<35 Fr的患者；
主气道腔内病变的患者；
颈椎病史或颈椎活动度受限的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Mallapati grading > GRADE II or Cormach-Lehane grading > Grade 2 under ordinary laryngoscopy;
Patients requiring intubation by means of exposure other than direct laryngoscopy or visual laryngoscopy;
Patients with dual-chamber intubation type <35 Fr;
Patients with intraluminal lesions of the main airway;
Patients with a history of cervical spine or limited range of motion
