建立高质量的胃癌专病全病程诊疗特色数据库，以期在将来为其他临床试验提供平台和数据，包括高质量的真实世界研究等，推动上海地区胃癌学科的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a high-quality database of diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer throughout the course of the disease, in order to provide a platform and data for clinical trials in the future, including high-quality real-world studies, and to promote the research development of gastric cancer in Shanghai.

纳入标准：

1) 经组织病理学证实的胃癌患者；
2) 患者自愿加入本研究，签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Histologically confirmed patients with gastric cancer;
2) Volunteer to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

研究者认为不宜参加本试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

The researcher consider inappropriate to participate in the study.
