研究目的：

旨在探索适合血液肿瘤患者的扩皮方法，减少此类患者穿刺部位的渗血量，减轻穿刺部位疼痛，减少换药次数和换药费用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the method of skin expansion suitable for hematological tumor patients,reduce the amount of blood leakage at the puncture site of such patients,reduce the pain at the puncture site,and reduce the frequency and cost of dressing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②拟置入PICC作为输液通路；③意识清楚，能够正常沟通；④患者本人或监护人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

①The age of 18 years old or more ②PICC is intended to be inserted as an infusion pathway ③Conscious and able to communicate normally ④Informed consent of the patient or guardian

排除标准：

①置管过程中出现异常情况需停止置管者；②伴有其他心、肝、肾等严重原发疾病或恶性肿瘤者；③妊娠期、哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

①Stop the catheterization if there is abnormal situation during the catheterization ②Accompanied by other serious heart,liver,kidney and other primary diseases or malignant tumors ③Pregnant and lactating women
