研究目的：

评估动物双歧杆菌乳亚种BLa80菌株改善急性水样腹泻患儿临床疗效及其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Animal bifidobacterium milk subspecies BLa80 in improving acute watery diarrhea in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：儿童（0-3岁）；
2.腹泻持续时间超过12h而不足72h；
3.判断为非细菌感染性腹泻；
4.临床为轻-中度脱水。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: children (0-3 years old);
2. Diarrhea lasts for more than 12 hours but less than 72 hours;
3. Judged as non-bacterial infectious diarrhea;
4. Clinically mild to moderate dehydration.

排除标准：

1.先天性肠道畸形致出口梗阻，排便困难；
2.神经系统发育异常和严重器质性疾病，严重营养不良，免疫缺陷疾病，胰腺功能障碍、脓血便、短肠综合征、胆汁或血性呕吐物；
3.重度脱水及病情严重需入PICU治疗者；
4.本次疾病就诊前或一月内服用过益生菌；
5.预计试验期间使用抗生素治疗患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Outlet obstruction caused by congenital intestinal malformation and difficulty in defecation;
2. Nervous system developmental abnormalities and severe organic diseases, severe malnutrition, immunodeficiency diseases, pancreatic dysfunction, pus and bloody stools, short bowel syndrome, bile or bloody vomit;
3. Severe dehydration and serious condition need to be admitted to PICU for treatment;
4. Have taken probiotics before or within one month of the treatment for this disease;
5. Antibiotics are expected to be used to treat children during the trial.
