研究目的：

1.评估每日服用乳双歧杆菌XLTG11是否能改善婴幼儿功能性便秘及其伴随症状 2.对家庭的生活质量、父母对于患儿排便困难程度的感受进行研究  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate whether daily administration of bifidobacterium lactis XLTG11 improves functional constipation and its concomitant symptoms in infants and young children 2. To study the quality of family life and parents' feelings about children's defecation difficulties

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

罗马Ⅳ诊断标准至少存在以下症状中的两种，症状持续至少 1 个月，并且以下症状不能用另一种疾病解释：1. 每周排便两次或以下；2. 大便潴留病史；3.?排便疼痛或排硬便史；?4. 粗便排出史；5. 直肠内存在巨大粪团。同时排除器质性疾病，方可诊断为婴幼儿功能性便秘。
足月儿，即胎龄37周至42周。
出生体重在 2500 – 4000g。
入组年龄：6月-3岁。
父母自愿推迟婴儿喂养方式的重大改变。
父母自愿并有能力填写日志和调查问卷。
书面签署父母知情同意书。
在试验期间可以定期有效访视。

Inclusion criteria

The Roman ⅳ diagnostic criteria has at least two of the following symptoms that persist for at least one month and cannot be explained by another disease: 1. Defecate twice a week or less; 2. History of stool retention; 3. History of painful or hard defecation; 4. History of coarse stool discharge; 5. Large fecal masses in the rectum. Eliminate organic disease at the same time, just can be diagnosed as infant functional constipation.
Full term is 37 to 42 weeks of gestational age.
Birth weight was 2500-4000g.
Age of enrollment: 6-3.
Parents voluntarily put off major changes in infant feeding.
The parents were willing and capable of filling out the logs and questionnaires.
Write and sign the parents' informed consent in person.
Regular and effective visits can be made during the trial.

排除标准：

慢性病或重大医疗问题。
胃肠道器质性疾病。
生长迟缓。
母乳喂养患儿的母亲或者患儿在随机分组前2周内和试验进行期间使用了抗生素。
婴儿（配方奶中和/或添加剂中）或其母亲，在随机分组前2周内和试验进行期间使用了益生菌。
已经参加了其他的临床试验。
食物过敏引起便秘者（如牛奶、鸡蛋等食物）

Exclusion criteria：

Chronic or major medical problems.
Organic gastrointestinal disease.
Growth retardation.
The mothers or children who breastfed were given antibiotics in the two weeks before randomization and during the trial.
Infants (formula and/or additive) or their mothers were treated with probiotics for 2 weeks prior to randomization and for the duration of the trial.
has participated in other clinical trials.
Food allergies cause constipation (such as milk and eggs)
