研究目的：

本研究通过使接受化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者同时口服益生菌，并动态监测患者的肠道菌群的演变，探索肠道菌群的演变与临床疗效和不良反应的相关性，从而使接受化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者达到增效减毒的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims at NSCLC patients received chemotherapy with oraled probiotic bacteria simultaneously, and dynamicly monitors of evoluting intestinal flora in patients, then explore the evolution of the intestinal flora and the correlation of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of chemotherapy, thus achieve the objective of effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing in NSCLC patients treated with chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①.自愿参加本研究、完全了解、知情本研究并签署知情同意书；
②.有明确细胞学或组织学病理证实的原发性非小细胞肺癌患者；
③.年龄为18-80（包括）周岁；
④.ECOG体能状态评分为0-1分；
⑤.接受化疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Voluntarily participate in the study, fully understand and know the study, and sign the informed consent;
② Patients with clear cytological or histological confirmation of primary non-small cell lung cancer;
③ Age between 18-80 (inclusive);
④ ECOG physical condition score is 0-1;
⑤ Patients received chemotherapy.

排除标准：

①.患有自身免疫病患者；
②.患有第二原发肿瘤的患者；
③.长期服用通便药、免疫抑制剂、微生态制剂等治疗的患者；
④.存在消化系统疾病的患者；
⑤.乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、HIV、梅毒阳性的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with autoimmune diseases;
② Patients with the second primary tumor;
③ Patients who take laxative drugs, immunosuppressants and microecological agents for a long time;
④ Patients with digestive system diseases;
⑤ Hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, HIV, syphilis positive patients.
