研究目的：

观察氢气吸入对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能的保护及生活质量改善效果，明确氢气对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能的保护及生活质量改善的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of hydrogen inhalation on renal function protection and quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease, and to clarify the role of hydrogen in the protection of renal function and quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

观察对象均为住院患者，所有受试患者将按照CKD最新指南给予基础治疗：a）低盐低磷优质低蛋白饮食；b）控制血压、血糖、纠正贫血；c）纠正电解质紊乱、纠正钙磷代谢紊乱；d）肾康注射液改善肾脏微循环治疗。患者随机分到试验组和对照组，试验组患者每天予以吸入氢气，流量为300ml/min，时间为6h/日，维持7天；对照组患者仅予以相应基础治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All patients were hospitalized. All patients will receive basic treatment according to the latest guidelines of CKD: a) low-salt low-phosphorus high-quality low-protein diet; b) control of blood pressure, blood sugar, and anemia; c) correct electrolyte imbalance, correct calcium and phosphorus Metabolic disorders; d) Shenkang injection improves renal microcirculation therapy. The patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group were inhaled with hydrogen every day, the flow rate was 300 ml/min, and the time was 6 h/day for 7 days. The control group received only the corresponding basic treatment. 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄介于18- 75岁，性别不限；
2. 符合CKD诊断标准，CKD分期2-4期的慢性肾脏病患者；
3. 原发病为高血压肾病、糖尿病肾病的患者；
4. 慢性肾脏病急性加重的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20 to 75 years;
2. Patients with chronic kidney disease in accordance with CKD diagnostic criteria, CKD stage 2-4;
3. The primary disease is hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy;
4. Patients with acute exacerbations of chronic kidney disease.

排除标准：

1. 严重呼吸功能障碍不宜吸氢治疗者；
2. 合并其他系统的严重疾病：如严重的心血管疾病、急性脑卒中、恶性肿瘤、严重的精神疾病患者等；
3. 进行肾脏替代治疗（血液透析、腹膜透析）患者；
4. 接受过肾移植患者；
5. 需要吸氧治疗的患者；
6. 责任医师判定认为不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe respiratory dysfunction;
2. Patients with serious diseases of other systems such as severe cardiovascular disease, acute stroke, malignant tumor, severe mental illness, etc.;
3. Patients undergoing renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis);
4. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantationa;
5. Patients who require oxygen therapy;
6. Patients who are not suitable for the trial.
