研究目的：

通过肺部电阻抗断层成像技术，比较舒更葡糖钠与新斯的明配伍阿托品术后拮抗肌松药的残留作用后肺局部感兴趣区域通气的恢复影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Using pulmonary electrical impedance tomography to compare the effect of sugammadex sodium and neostigmine combined with atropine on the recovery of ventilation in the area of interest in the lung after antagonizing the residual effect of muscle relaxants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.

排除标准：

1.既往慢性肺部疾病；既往肺部手术史；
2.不吸氧气下脉搏氧饱和度＜92%；
3.面部或胸廓畸形；
4.身体存在植入物，如心脏起搏器。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past chronic lung disease; past history of lung surgery;
2. Pulse oxygen saturation < 92% without oxygen;
3. Facial or thoracic deformity;
4. Implants such as pacemakers are present in the body.
