明确臂丛神经阻滞对患儿术后睡眠的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of brachial plexus block on postoperative sleep in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ，年龄在0-14岁。
2.接受上肢手术的小儿患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA classification I-II, aged 0-14 years.
2. Pediatric patients undergoing upper extremity surgery.

排除标准：

凝血异常、糖尿病、痴呆、接受抗凝治疗、既往局麻药过敏、术前存在神经损伤、穿刺部位感染、血肿。

Exclusion criteria：

Coagulation abnormalities, diabetes, dementia, receiving anticoagulant therapy, previous local anesthetic allergy, preoperative nerve damage, puncture site infection, hematoma.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验中的观察人员会将观察到的指标及时、完整、正确的录入病例记录表中。之后，将数据录入电子数据表，并备份保存。
