研究目的：

腰麻后低血压与胎盘和子宫低灌注。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between hypotension and placental and uterine hypoperfusion after spinal anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

足月、单胎产妇，ASA I-II，计划腰硬联合麻醉下行择期剖宫产手术。

Inclusion criteria

Full-term, singleton mother, ASA I-II, planning elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.分娩年龄≤18岁或≥40岁、胎龄<36周或≥41周；
2.急诊手术、前置胎盘、先兆子痫、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病；
3.自主神经病、已知焦虑症、任何已知用药、已知胎儿异常、病态肥胖（体重指数BMI≥40）以及腰麻的任何禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Childbirth aged <= 18 years or >= 40 years, gestational age < 36 weeks or >= 41 weeks;
2. Emergency surgery, placenta previa, preeclampsia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes;
3. Autonomic neuropathy, known anxiety disorder, any known medication, known fetal abnormalities, morbid obesity (BMI >= 40), and any contraindications to spinal anesthesia.
