本项目的主要研究目的是运用生物信息学、系统药学等方法,通过对ICU中接受了多黏菌素治疗的多药耐药细菌感染患者的转录组和代谢组数据进行综合分析,研究多黏菌素的毒性机制,筛选多黏菌素毒性诊断分子标志物,对多黏菌素的临床使用方案优化提出建议。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Using bioinformatics, systems pharmacy and other methods, through a comprehensive analysis of the transcriptome and metabolome data of patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infection who received polymyxin treatment in the ICU, to study the toxicity mechanism of polymyxin, screen the molecular markers for the diagnosis of polymyxin toxicity, and put forward suggestions for the optimization of the clinical use of polymyxin. |

纳入标准: |
1.接受多黏菌素静脉滴注治疗后2-3天,根据2012年KDIGO标准诊断为肾毒性; |

Inclusion criteria |
1. 2-3 days after receiving intravenous infusion of polymyxin, nephrotoxicity was diagnosed according to the 2012 KDIGO criteria; |
