研究目的：

评价术前抗阻负荷吸气训练对微创右胸小切口瓣膜手术患者术后低氧血症发生率的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of resistance load inspiratory training on reducing the incidence of hypoxemia after minimally invasive valve surgery through right thoracic incision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行择期微创右胸小切口瓣膜手术；
2.年龄≥18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who plan to undertake minimally invasive valve surgery through right thoracic incision;
2.At least 18 years of age.

排除标准：

1.体质指数大于30kg/m2；
2.合并冠心病或心肌梗死；
3.合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病或哮喘；
4.其他原因无法完成术前呼吸功能锻炼；
5.患者不愿意参与此项研究或已入组其他相关临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Body mass index greater than 30kg/m2;
2. Complicated with coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction;
3. Combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma;
4. For other reasons, the preoperative respiratory function exercise cannot be completed;
5. Patients are unwilling to participate in this study or have been enrolled in other relevant clinical studies.
