研究目的：

探讨布托啡诺抑制依托咪酯肌阵挛的半数有效剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate the Median Effective Dose (ED50) of butorphanol pretreatment for prevention of etomidate induced myoclonus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 择期接受全麻手术的患者； 2 年龄18~60岁； 3 ASA分级I-Ⅱ级； 4 BMI：18~30 kg/m2；5 签署书面的知情同意书并愿遵守研究者认可的研究方案；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing selective operation;
2. Aged 18~65 years;
3. ASA I-II;
4. BMI 18~30 kg/m2
5. Sign written informed consent and unwilling to abide by research protocols approved by the investigator.

排除标准：

1、怀孕或哺乳；2、严重的心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病；3、精神疾病或神经疾病；4、阿片类药物滥用；5、酗酒史；6 布托啡诺使用禁忌症的患者；7、过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
2. Heart or Liver or kidney disease;
3. Mental or neurological disorders;
4. Opioid abuse;
5. Alcohol abuse history;
6 Subjects has contraindication for butorphanol;
7. Allergy history.
