研究目的：

本课题拟前瞻性、多中心录入MINOCA患者，应用无创caIMR技术，诊断MINOCA中的CMD与非CMD患者，并对所有MINOCA患者进行2年随访监测预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of our work is to evaluate the prognostic impact of coronary microvascular function, as derived by the coronary angiography-derived index of microvascular resistance in Myocardial Infarction with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries patients

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>18岁
（2）符合MINOCA诊断标准，即符合AMI的诊断标准（肌钙蛋白升高超过99%上限，且伴有以下至少一项：①急性心肌缺血的症状；②新的缺血性心电图变化；③病理性Q波；④影像学显示存活心肌丢失或新发节段性室壁运动减弱；⑤CAG等腔内影像学或尸检证实的冠脉内血栓）；冠状动脉无明显狭窄（包括正常和＜50%狭窄）；除外引起AMI的其他临床疾病，如心肌炎和肺栓塞等
（3）能够理解研究目的，自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >18 years old
2. Comply with the MINOCA diagnostic criteria, which must fulfill three main criteria in accordance with the ESC position statement:1) AMI requirements; (a) a continuous increase and (or) decrease in cardiac biomarkers, with at least one item exceeding 99% of the upper limit of the reference value; (b)at least one evidence related to infarction: (i) ischemic symptoms; (ii)new or suspicious ST section raising, or new left bundle branch block; (iii) the pathological Q wave in the electrocardiogram; (iv)imaging evidence of new surviving myocardium loss or new local ventricular wall dysfunction; (v)angiography or autopsy hints a thrombus in the coronary artery;
3. CAG findings indicate non-obstructive coronary artery disease, i.e., non-obstructive coronary artery (< 50% stenosis) is observed in any major epicardial vessel
4. No other clear clinically obvious cause which may serve as a potential explanation for acute presentation.

排除标准：

（1）3-5型心肌梗死
（2）CAG前曾接受溶栓治疗
（3）严重的肝脏和肾脏疾病
（4）合并恶性肿瘤病史，预期寿命＜1年
（5）妊娠妇女或计划近期妊娠的妇女
（6）近3个月内受试者参加过或正在参加其他任何器械或药物的临床试验
（7）研究者认为受试者存在其他不适宜进行临床试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Types 3–5 myocardial infarction
2. Thrombolytic therapy had been received prior to coronary angiography
3. Severe liver and kidney diseases
4. A malignant tumor with an expected survival time of less than one year
5. women at the pregnant or breastfeeding stage
6. Participants have taken part in or are currently enrolled in any other research trials in the last three months
7. Patients will not be able to comply with the follow-up requirements
