研究目的：

探索内镜下球囊扩张联合注射博来霉素治疗消化道术后狭窄的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of endoscopic dilation combined with bleomycin injection for benign anastomotic stricture after gastrointestinal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 排便困难、腹胀等临床症状；
(2) 标准肠镜无法通过吻合口；
(3) 吻合口狭窄证实为良性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) difficulty with bowel movements, constipation or abdominal distension after anus-retained operation of rectal cancer.
(2) colonoscope couldnt pass through the anastomotic site.
(3) the anastomotic stricture was proved benign.

排除标准：

(1) 吻合口脓肿或瘘；
(2) 严重伴随疾病，如凝血功能障碍，心肺功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) anastomotic abscess or fistula.
(2) severe comorbidities, such as coagulation disorders, cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
