研究目的：

通过对比分析先天性肺气道畸形儿童肺部手术前、后肺功能主要指标的变化，旨在了解儿童先天性肺气道畸形疾病的手术治疗对肺功能的影响，手术切除范围及手术年龄对患儿肺功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing and analyzing the changes of the main indicators of lung function before and after lung surgery in children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations, to understand the effect of surgical treatment of congenital pulmonary airway malformation in children on pulmonary function, the extent of surgical resection and the effect of surgical age on the recovery of pulmonary function in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心确诊为先天性肺气道畸形儿童；
2、拟行肺部手术治疗的先天性肺气道畸形儿童；
3、手术年龄在三岁以下。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children diagnosed with congenital pulmonary airway malformations in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center;
2. Children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations who are to undergo pulmonary surgery;
3. The age of operation is under three years old.

排除标准：

临床症状及影像学证实有气胸、肺大泡、心脏疾病等可引起肺功能受损的呼吸系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Pneumothorax, bullae, heart disease and other respiratory diseases that can cause impaired lung function are confirmed by clinical symptoms and imaging studies.
