研究目的：

探讨薯蓣粥对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、氧化应激水平的影响，为薯蓣粥应用于临床上对妊娠期糖尿病的防治与调护提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the effects of Dioscorea porridge on blood glucose, blood lipid and oxidative stress in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具备以下5个条件者纳入：①符合《妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南（2014版）》GDM诊断标准，并由医生确诊的GDM患者；②单胎妊娠；③妊娠24～28周的孕妇；④定期产检且建立完善孕妇保健手册者。

Inclusion criteria

Those with the following 5 conditions were included: (1) the GDM diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and the GDM diagnosed by doctors. ② Singleton pregnancy; ③ Pregnant women at 24 ~ 28 weeks of gestation; ④ Regular prenatal examination and establishment and improvement of maternal health manual.

排除标准：

具备以下任意1条者排除：①有山药过敏史者；②妊娠合并其他并发症者；③经医生诊断需使用药物治疗者；④正在接受除常规饮食疗法外的其他饮食疗法者；⑤有认知障碍及精神疾病病人。

采用SAS9.4软件按照受试者进入研究的时间排序，对入选患者按区组随机化分组为观察组和对照组。随机序列产生后制作随机分组卡，将随机分组卡装入密闭、不透光的信封中，按每位患者进入试验的先后顺序进行编号依次在信封封口处标注。在试验过程中，研究者根据纳入对象进入试验的先后顺序依次打开信封，依据随机分组卡将其随机分配进入试验组或对照组。
