研究目的：

主要目的： 1.了解结直肠癌患者术中低体温发生现状，分析相关危险因素，验证术中低体温风险预测模型； 2.旨在探讨出具有良好实践价值的结直肠癌患者术中低体温风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Understand the current situation of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with colorectal cancer, analyze related risk factors, and verify the risk prediction model of intraoperative hypothermia; 2. To explore a risk prediction model for intraoperative hypothermia in patients with colorectal cancer with good practice value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

成年患者，≥18周岁；病理检查结果为结肠癌或直肠癌；择期手术；术前体温正常，无发热、感染；能与患者本人或家属、陪伴进行有效沟通；知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients, ≥ 18 years old; The result of pathological examination was colon cancer or rectal cancer; Elective surgery; Preoperative body temperature was normal without fever and infection; Be able to communicate effectively with the patient himself or his family and company; Informed consent.

排除标准：

存在严重伴随疾病；重要脏器功能不全；甲状腺功能异常；术中采取主动降温措施；术中出现严重并发症，如出血休克、恶性高热等。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe concomitant diseases; Dysfunction of important organs; Thyroid dysfunction; Take active cooling measures during operation; Serious complications occurred during the operation, such as hemorrhagic shock, malignant hyperthermia and so on.
