研究目的：

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（obstructive sleep apnea syndrome，OSAS）是指睡眠时反复出现上气道部分或完全地塌陷而引起呼吸暂停和低通气的睡眠呼吸紊乱疾病。临界压（critical closing pressure，Pcrit）又称临界闭合压、临界开放压等，是上气道刚开始发生塌陷时气道内的压力，反映了上气道塌陷的易感性，其量化后的数值能代表了一个从健康到有咽部气流阻塞疾病的范围。本研究旨在分析Pcrit与OSAS发病风险、病情严重程度的相关性，探讨其在评估正常人群罹患OSAS风险和高危人群进行早期干预中的指导意义，为OSAS患者早期预防提供一定的理论和实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a disorder characterized by repetitive upper airway collapse and occlusion during sleep. The critical closing pressure (Pcrit) is the airway pressure at which the airway collapses and reflects the anatomical contribution to the genesis of obstructive sleep apnea. The Pcrit value has been shown to correspond with the degree of airflow obstruction in individuals who have complete, partial, or no airflow obstruction during sleep. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between Pcrit and the risk and severity of OSAS, and to explore its guiding significance for the risk assessment and early intervention of OSAS. The study will provide certain theoretical and experimental basis for early prevention of OSAS.

纳入标准：

正常健康人和睡眠打鼾患者。

Inclusion criteria

healthy people and snorers.

排除标准：

年龄<18岁；伴随其他的睡眠疾病，如发作性睡病、睡眠相关运动性疾病；共患其他严重的疾病，如心血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Aged <18 years; Accompanied by other sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy, sleep-related sports diseases; Co-suffer from other serious diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases.
