研究目的：

观察腹腔镜下胃癌根治术后程控硬膜外间歇脉冲输注中舒芬太尼对罗哌卡因EI90的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of sufentanil on ropivacaine EI90 in programmed epidural intermittent pulse infusion after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁；
2.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；
3.择期腹腔镜下胃癌根治术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-80 years;
2. Patients with ASA grade I-Ⅲ;
3. Patients with Selective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

排除标准：

1.对罗哌卡因、舒芬太尼和本试验所有用药过敏者；
2.有硬膜外麻醉禁忌症者；
3.非目的性穿破硬脊膜者；
4.近期使用镇静剂、阿片类药物，药物成瘾者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients allergic to ropivacaine, sufentanil, and all drugs in the study;
2. Patients with contraindications to epidural anesthesia;
3. Patients with non-intentional rupture of the dural membrane;
4. Recent use of sedatives, opioids, drug addiction patients.
