研究目的:

(1)通过研究急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者冠状动脉内皮细胞Keap1-Nrf2-ARE信号通路及PLVAP的变化及两者是否存在相关性,探讨两者在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者内源性血管修复及心室重塑中的作用。从细胞信号通路水平为研究急性心肌梗死的心肌再生提供新思路。 (2)观察药物干预对经缺氧处理后冠状动脉内皮细胞Keap1-Nrf2-ARE信号通路及PLVAP的影响,阐明药物干预治疗在急性心肌梗死患者心肌再生及心室重塑中的作用。从细胞信号通路水平为急性心肌梗死的治疗提供新靶点。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To explore the role of Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway and PLVAP in endogenous vascular repair and ventricular remodeling in patients with actue ST-elevation myocardial infarction by studying the changes of Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway and PLVAP in coronary artery endothelial cells and whether there is correlation between them. It provides a new way to study myocardial regeneration in acute myocardial infarction from cell signaling pathway level. (2) To observe the effects of drug intervention on Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway and PLVAP of coronary artery endothelial cells after hypoxia treatment, and to clarify the role of drug intervention in myocardial regeneration and ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction. To provide new targets for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction from the level of cell signaling pathway.

纳入标准:

发病时间≤12小时,年龄≤65岁的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者;受试者自愿加入本研究,签署知情同意书,依从性好,配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with onset ≤12 hours and age ≤65 years;Subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed informed consent with good compliance and follow-up.

排除标准:

发病时间>12小时和(或)年龄>65岁的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死和(或)术后发生死亡终点事件患者、急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者、不稳定型或稳定型心绞痛患者、心肌炎或心包炎患者、急性脑血管病患者、心肝肾功能不全患者、急慢性感染疾病患者、肿瘤患者、自身免疫性疾病患者以及CMR检查禁忌症患者

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with onset time > 12 hours and (or) age > 65 years and (or) postoperative death end point events, non st-elevation acute myocardial infarction patients, patients with stable or unstable angina, patients with myocarditis or pericarditis, patients with acute cerebrovascular disease, patients with cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency, patients with acute or chronic infection diseases, tumor patients, patients with autoimmune diseases, and patients with contraindications to CMR examination
