研究目的：

本研究的目的是构建结合痴呆危险因素生命周期模型的多领域痴呆预防方案，并探讨多领域痴呆预防方案的对中国中老年高危人群的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this RCT is to to construct multidomain dementia prevention program based on Life-course model of modifiable risk factors to dementia, and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of this program for high-risk population in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁
②在社区居住
③痴呆危险因素≥2个

Inclusion criteria

① Aged at least 60 years
② Live in the community
③ Dementia risk factors ≥2

排除标准：

①痴呆或明显认知障碍（MMSE<24）
②没有或不能使用智能手机
③任何影响安全参与干预的疾病（如恶性肿瘤、有症状心血管疾病、脑卒中等）
④严重视听障碍

Exclusion criteria：

① Dementia or significant cognitive impairment (MMSE<24)
② No or not able to use a smartphone
③ Any illness that affects safe participation in intervention (such as malignant tumor, symptomatic cardiovascular disease, stroke, etc.)
④Severe audiovisual impairment.
