研究目的：

1.探索静脉使用碘造影剂后急性肾损伤及不良预后发生的高危人群； 2.探索血管内使用碘造影剂后急性肾损伤及不良预后发生的危险因素； 3.建立慢性肾脏病患者静脉碘造影剂后急性肾损伤及不良预后发生的早期预测模型； 4.探讨非编码RNA等生物标志物对造影剂后急性肾损伤的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the high-risk population of acute kidney injury and adverse prognosis after intravenous use of iodine contrast media; 2.To explore the risk factors of acute kidney injury after intravascular administration of contrast medium; 3.To establish the risk prediction model of acute kidney injury and adverse outcomes after intravenous administration of contrast medium in patients with chronic kidney disease; 4.To investigate the predictive value of non-coding RNA and other biomarkers for acute kidney injury after contrast therapy.

纳入标准：

a.2012年1月1日至2021年3月31日在中南大学湘雅二医院住院的患者
b.住院期间进行了CT/CTA/血管造影检查
c.CT/CTA/血管造影检查前后有血清肌酐值的检测
d.基本病历信息完整

Inclusion criteria

a. Patients admitted to the Second Xiangya hospital of Central South University between January 1st,2012 and March 31st,2021
b. With CT examination,CT angiography or vascular angiography during hospitalization
c. With serum creatinine tests before and after CT examination,CT angiography or vascular angiography
d. With complete medical records

排除标准：

a.慢性肾脏病5期患者
b.慢性透析患者
c. CT/CTA/血管造影检查前7天内进行过透析
d. CT/CTA/血管造影检查后7天内无血清肌酐值检测
e.14天内使用了多次造影剂

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease
b. Patients with chronic dialysis
c.With dialysis 7 days before CT examination,CT angiography or vascular angiography
d. Without serum creatinine tests within 7 days after CT examination,CT angiography or vascular angiography
e. With multiple contrast medium administration within 14 days
